The Rotovibromatic is particularly suitable for the automatic production of large precast elements with and without monolithic base, also with special geometries. Depending on the different models, the machine can produce precast elements with a diameter of 3000 mm or up to 3000 mm x 3000 mm and a variable height from 250 mm to 3000 mm in single production (multiple production is also possible on request). The type of vibration can be selected as required (vibration column with hydraulic form clamping/release at each cycle, vibrating table with hydraulic form clamping frame or standard internal vibrator).Technical FeaturesThe Rotovibromatic is equipped with a pressing system for the base of the precast element, ensuring better compaction and tightness.The machine can be equipped with a hydraulic quick-change system for the moulds, allowing a daily quick mould change in less than 1.5 hours (no need to adjust cores, outer moulds, and pressing device after production change).Concrete feeding is fully automatic: the conveyor belt is combined with a special planetary distributor with 4 rotating elements, distributing the concrete in the shortest time even to the most remote areas. This solution is particularly effective for the production of box-shaped precast elements and rectangular tanks as well as large products.Other features make the Rotovibromatic an extremely functional system: both mechanical and electronic vibration control via inverter, inspectable concrete storage silo for cleaning, automatic ejection of precast elements at the end of the cycle by motorized trolley with the possibility of subsequent manual handling and storage.The system can be integrated with automatic feeding of base pallets (flat bottom sockets) for production in tilting mode or standard bottom sockets for production with immediate demoulding from the front, and/or with cleaning and oiling of the bottom sockets, fitting of seals, and automatic overhead conveying.
