Particularly suitable for the automated production of large precast elements.Depending on the different models, the machine can produce precast elements with a diameter from 300 mm up to a diameter of 3000 mm (box shapes up to 3000 mm x 3000 mm) and a variable height from 250 mm to 3000 mm in single production (multiple production is also possible on request).Technical Features:The machine can be equipped with the easy and quick-to-use hydraulic quick-change system for the molds, which allows a daily quick mold change in less than 1.5 hours (it is also no longer necessary to adjust cores, outer molds, and pressing devices after the production change).The concrete supply is fully automatic: the conveyor belt is combined with a special planetary distributor with 4 rotating elements, which distributes the concrete in the shortest possible time even to the most remote places; this solution is particularly effective for the production of box-shaped products and large precast elements.Other features make Vibromax an extremely functional plant: mechanical and electronic vibration adjustment via inverter, inspectable loading bucket for cleaning operations, automatic ejection of products at the end of the cycle via the motorized trolley, with possible subsequent handling and storage.The system can be supplemented with automatic feeding of the bottom sockets (which takes place at the front) and/or with cleaning and oiling of the sockets, pulling on the seals, and automatic overhead conveying.
