With a maximum temperature of 1000 °C and a continuous operating temperature of up to 900 °C, the muffle furnace is perfect for sintering processes, annealing tests, or material analyses. The heating chamber is made of high-purity, polycrystalline alumina ceramic and offers excellent insulation properties, reducing heat loss and saving energy.The spiral-wound resistance wire made of HRE alloy is mounted on a ceramic carrier tube and ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the furnace chamber. The free-radiating heating method inside the chamber achieves particularly efficient heat transfer with a long service life. Equipped with a precise PID controller, the muffle furnace allows temperature control with an accuracy of ±1 °C and programming of up to 30 heating segments. The robust housing made of powder-coated steel is corrosion-resistant and durable.Additional safety features such as a door contact switch, over-temperature protection, and multi-layer thermal insulation made of refractory lightweight material ensure reliable and safe operation.
