Radium heats the atmosphere by reflecting the heat energy generated by the combustion of the air-gas mixture in the radiant tubes into the desired environment using parabolic aluminum reflectors. Radium tube radiators heat people and objects, ensuring optimal comfort.The tube radiators use heat-treated aluminum-steel felt tubes, providing efficient, low-capacity, and effective heating for end users. The felt tubes are made from calorized steel coils for aluminum, and the production process ensures the highest radiation capability in application areas.The adjacent temperature distribution of the Radium tube radiant devices, shown by the isohypses curve Y.I.B., demonstrates the ability to heat a large area, attributed to the high radiation efficiency of the tube radiator material (92%).The flame generated by the combustion of the air-fuel mixture in the burner flows through the tube to the chimney, transferring the energy produced by gas combustion to the tube. Heating is ensured as the tube radiates its energy from the inside and the outer surface radiates into the environment. Maximum heat transfer and radiation capability depend directly on the quality and suitability of the felt tube.The radiation emitted from the tube surface is shown by the red color (solid line), and the reflected rays from the reflector are shown in orange (dashed line). Reflective aluminum material with high reflective properties is used in the products to maximize radiation efficiency.Various control scenarios are available: remote control, integration via control panel, manual control via Pako switch, thermostat-controlled automatic control, and integration into automation systems (SCADA). Devices can be integrated into building automation systems (BMS) via Modbus protocol over RS485 port or controlled centrally via HMI touch panel or PC.Control units feature a 128x64 graphic LCD display, automatic and manual control, computer communication port, external temperature sensor connection, ability to control 8 independent zones and up to 32 devices, 7-day/24-hour programmable function, heat protection mode, frost protection function, and encrypted protection function.Analog and digital room thermostats are available for automatic operation and fuel savings. The device turns off automatically when the set temperature is reached and turns on again when the temperature drops below the desired value.Manual step control via Pako switch allows local operation without a control panel.
