Radium heats the atmosphere by reflecting the heat energy generated by the combustion of the air-gas mixture in the radiant tubes into the desired environment using parabolic aluminum reflectors. Radium tube radiant heaters warm people and objects, providing optimal comfort in heating. The tube radiators use heat-treated aluminum-steel felt tubes. With these tubes, we offer end users efficient, low-capacity, and effective heating. Our felt tubes are designed for your high-performance aluminas. These tubes are made from calorized steel coils for your aluminum. From raw material to finished tube, the production process undergoes special procedures to ensure the highest radiation capability in application areas. The adjacent temperature distribution of the Radium tube radiant devices, shown by the isohypses curve Y.I.B., demonstrates the ability to heat a large area. This is due to the high radiation efficiency of the tube radiator material, which is capable of emitting heat. We use steel-specific radiant tubes for your aluminum with a radiation efficiency of 92%. We achieve high efficiency by minimizing heat losses. The flame generated by the combustion of the air-fuel mixture in the burner flows through the tube to the chimney, and the exhaust gas is discharged from the chimney. During this process, the energy generated by the combustion of gas in the tube is transferred to the tube. Heating is ensured by the tube radiating its energy from the inside and the outer surface radiating into the surrounding environment. Therefore, the maximum heat transfer and radiation capability of all these processes are directly related to the quality and suitability of the felt tube. The radiation rays emitted from the tube surface are shown by the red color (solid line), and the reflected rays from the reflector are indicated by orange (dashed line). Normally, the radiation continues on its path, leaving part of its energy on each surface it hits. The choice of material for the reflector is crucial, and it is desirable that it reflects the radiation without consuming the energy of the incident radiation. Reflective aluminum material with high reflective properties is used in our products. In tube radiators, radiation occurs on the surface of the tube. At the points where the devices are suspended, reflectors are used to utilize the energy of the radiation that goes to dead spots (usually the area facing the ceiling). The use of a reflector reflects the radiation going to dead areas back into the desired environment/zone. It also supports the heating of the tube surface, as the radiation emitted from the tube and hitting the tube surface again increases the radiation capacity.Device ControlRemote controlIntegration via control panelPako switched manual controlThermostat-controlled automatic controlIntegration into the automation system (control via SCADA)The variety of control scenarios offered as 5 different alternatives allows the products to be controlled correctly and as desired. The most suitable control scenario is selected by evaluating the on-site use of the devices in our product range and the site conditions. Therefore, control with the right solution scenario facilitates both fuel savings and long-lasting, trouble-free operation.128x64 graphic LCD displayAutomatic and manual controlCommunication port with computerPossibility to connect an external temperature sensorAbility to control 8 independent zones and a total of 32 devices7 days, 24 hours programmable functionHeat protection modeFrost protection functionEncrypted protection functionThanks to the Daygas analog room thermostat, the device automatically switches off when the set heat value is reached. When the room temperature then falls below the desired temperature, the device automatically switches on at the maximum level and starts working again. This saves fuel.Frost protection functionTemperature control on the devicePossibility of modulation controlWhen your devices reach the temperature programmed with the Daygas temperature sensor, the modulation value of the device is reduced depending on the weather conditions, resulting in fuel savings. Once the environment reaches the desired temperature, the device automatically switches off, and when the temperature falls below the desired value, the device automatically switches on and starts working at the most suitable temperature level for the environment.Manual step control via Pako switchRemote control for all functions (on/off, temperature increase/decrease, reset)Technical Specifications / FeaturesCapacity: 55 kWGas consumption: NG 5.23 m³/h / LPG 3.87 kg/hDimensions: 250h / 12900-15900L / 260wWeight: Net 110-135 kg / Gross 150-185 kgOperating pressure: 21-55 mbar NG / 32-55 mbar LPGInstallation height: 400-1300 cmElectrical connection: 230-240VAC 50-60Hz +/-15%Gas connection: G ¾’’
