FPES High Temperature Dryer
The FPES dryers enable the dehumidification and purification of compressed air used to power pneumatic devices, thereby increasing performance and reducing the risk of contamination, for example, of food during packaging. They consist of the cooling unit, pre-filter, and dryer. The dryer operates with a heat exchanger with copper pipes and aluminum cooling fins, a pre-filter with automatic condensate drain, and a heat exchanger module made entirely of aluminum with a patented design. Thanks to their vertical structure, they take up little space, operate even under extreme conditions (up to 50°C ambient temperature and 100°C inlet temperature), and are designed to allow high energy savings.
They enable the treatment of compressed air according to high-quality standards in accordance with ISO 8573.1. The dryers are qualified for residual moisture class 5 and for the maximum concentration of solid contaminants in class 3.
