Loading Ramps Series FPH190-220The ramps of the FPH190-220 series are the perfect equipment for loading heavy vehicles and have been designed to ensure maximum resistance and safety when loading and unloading high-tonnage vehicles. These ramps are ideal for use in agriculture and earthmoving sectors and are the perfect solution for use with heavy excavators, large tractors, combine harvesters, and other agricultural or industrial vehicles.They are made from high-strength materials and reinforced structural profiles, offering a load capacity of up to 12,000 kg, ensuring stability even under the most extreme working conditions. The available length of up to 5,000 mm allows for a controlled incline suitable for high containers and platforms, ensuring safety even when maneuvering tracked vehicles.The ramps are available both with a 43 mm high side safety edge (for FPH190 models) or 50 mm (for FPH220 models), useful to prevent lateral slipping, as well as in a version without an edge.The FPH220 version has a maximum internal width of 500 mm, but a version with a larger width of 550 mm is also available on request, ideal for those who need a larger transit area.All models feature a non-slip, stepped surface that ensures maximum grip during use.CHOICE OF LENGTH:The choice of length is a fundamental aspect to ensure safe use of the ramp. This is calculated based on various factors:Loading height: The distance between the ground and the point where the ramp ends (usually the loading surface of a van). The higher this height, the longer the ramp must be to avoid too steep an incline.Ramp incline: It is recommended to maintain a maximum incline between 20% and 30% depending on the type of load.Product weight: Another fundamental aspect is the weight of the vehicle/equipment to be loaded.
