DRUM HEATERS FOR METAL DRUMS – TEMPERATURE RANGE 0–200°C The drum heater is ideal for heating and maintaining the temperature of products in metal drums of 200, 120, 50, and 25 liters (depending on the selected version). It is useful in various industrial sectors and allows heating of contents such as liquids, oils, butter, or chemicals. Prevents freezing, protects sensitive materials, and improves the efficiency of production processes. It is particularly suitable for the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and oil industries. Purchasing ensures correct heat treatment and preservation of materials contained in metal drums, reducing damage and optimizing the quality of industrial operations. The thermal insulating hood, available only for the 200-liter version, can be purchased separately. Equipped with a practical adjustable digital thermostat for temperature control, with automatic shut-off function and a 3 m long power cable with Schuko plug. With low weight and practical handling, they are designed for extended use and intensive work cycles. Consisting of a resistant jacket made of layered materials, equipped with adjustable straps for fastening to the drum and with protection class IP40, the heaters are suitable for drum transport. The heaters are equipped with a thermal fuse. This is a safety device that is activated when the temperature reaches 228°C. IEC protection: Class II fuse – 16 A. The metal drum heaters are equipped with a thermostat with a temperature range from 0°C to +200°C. (Higher temperature ranges can be requested when ordering by specifying your requirements.)
