AIRBAG PLUS TF50 – ELECTRIC MACHINE FOR PRODUCING PROTECTIVE AIR CUSHIONSThe PLUS TF50 model is a professional equipment for producing air cushions for packaging.This fully electric, reliable, and easy-to-use machine can form air bubble cushions without the need for compressed air for inflation. The usable rolls have a width of 200 mm, suitable for filling empty spaces, or a width of 400 mm, which is more suitable for protecting delicate goods.The machine is equipped with an intuitive and easy-to-use touchscreen display for operation and checking operating parameters. The working speed can be set between approximately 8 and 12 meters per minute, depending on the size of the cushion to be formed.The mechanical components and the frame, made entirely of steel and stainless steel, as well as the outer casing made of thermoformed ABS, make the PLUS TF50 robust and compact. Suitable not only for use in the food and pharmaceutical sectors but in all areas where fragile products need to be packaged.The air cushions, sold in practical rolls, allow storage in a small space, unlike traditional protective and filling materials, which are bulkier.
