Semi-automatic heat sealing machines for sealing pre-formed trays – FP SM-A series The semi-automatic heat sealing machines FP SM-A are suitable for packaging food in pre-formed trays with plastic sealing film made of PP, PET, PS, PE. They are ideal for delicatessens, supermarkets, grocery stores, craft businesses, and the catering industry. All machines are made of stainless steel and anodized aluminum. The workflow is time-controlled and electrically operated; functions are managed via the digital control panel. Standard machines operate with 220V power supply, models with 120V are available on request. MODELS AND APPROXIMATE PRICES The three models listed on this page can seal plastic film on trays of different sizes depending on the installed mold. The indicated price includes the heat sealing machine and 1 fixed standard mold with 1 hole. On request, we are happy to provide a quote for the heat sealing machine equipped with special molds and various accessories. OPERATION: The operator must position the tray in the mold and insert the mold into the heat sealing machine. The machine then automatically seals the film onto the tray. At the end of the cycle, the operator is notified by an acoustic signal, and once the mold is removed, the sealed trays can be taken out. In this series of heat sealing machines, the film is sealed onto the tray but not cut. If a film wider than the tray is used, the operator must finish the job by manually trimming it.
