The 4kW and 6kW systems consist of either a 4kW or 6kW IGBT power supply with the following standard features microprocessor control, stainless steel enclosure, fully adjustable output, customer interlock, customer run signal, auto start capability and adjustable loss of seal alarm. A waterless Universal Flat sealing coil is provided with appropriate output cable length designed to seal a wide variety of closure diameters.

These units are for optimum line speeds and output production. High-powered systems are most commonly used in the most pharmaceutical and food packaging production facilities that require record breaking conveyor line speeds. The 4kW and 6kW are only available as a unitized portable system. Let your Pillar representative determine if either of these sizes are necessary for your high-speed production runs.
