The BLOC series filling-closing machine basically consists in a modular base on which the container filling and capping units are located. It intermittently performs the different operations on the containers, which are guided during the whole process by means of a central star-wheel.
The filling operation is carried out by a station of 2 to 6 volumetric dosing cylinders and another station with the same number of filling nozzles, both driven by mechanical transmission. The machine permits automatic and independent alteration of volume to be dosed, according to machine model chosen.
